These customers were happy with the patio our crew poured for them. This space was added off of their deck to accommodate their new hot tub, fire pit, and patio furniture. They had us return shortly after to waterproof a basement window, and we also received additional work from two other neighbors through referrals from this job.

Foundation Repair

This customer was unable to find a company to take on this project. She contacted us and we worked together to create a detailed game plan and were able to execute that plan step by step without any surprises.
We poured new footings and built a cinderblock retaining wall in the basement to retain the washout that had occurred. We backfilled the retaining wall with stone, and poured a concrete dust cover.
We installed support posts and beams, and then removed the cracked portion of the foundation wall and replaced it. We waterproofed the exterior with sealant, installed interior and exterior drain tile, a sump pump system, and backfilled the trench. The basement had been transformed from a dirt-filled, dark and dingy space, to a bright, dry, useable basement the homeowner can utilize.
We were contracted by this homeowner again to do work at another property, removing and replacing a portion of their concrete driveway.
Drain Tile and Sump Pump
July 2019
This customer had been dealing with water seepage for so long, her entire basement had to be gutted and remediated prior to us doing the waterproofing work. Our team installed interior drain tile and a sump pump around the entire perimeter of the foundation. The basement remained dry, and we later received a thank you letter in the mail for the exceptional service the crew provided.
I was contracted again the following year by this homeowner to do some exterior drainage and water diversion to another area of her property.
Egress Window
September 2018
This customer had to have a new egress area well installed and properly waterproofed in order to stop the water from pouring into her basement and flooding it. Our crew was able to excavate safely, work efficiently, and the project was completed with no further water seepage issues.
This job was obtained through a referral from another customer of mine, in which I repaired a crack in a foundation wall on short notice in order to close a pending sale on their property.
